Refund Policy

  1. All booking made is not refundable.
  2. However, you can change the available service date.
  3. Changing the service date must be performed in AC2U App.
  4. You can change your service date one day before the actual booked date.
  5. If you change your service date before 48 hours from the actual booked date, there will be no penalty charge.
  6. If you change your service date within 48 hours from the actual booked date, there will be a RM30 penalty charge.
