Refund Policy
- All booking made is not refundable.
- However, you can change the available service date.
- Changing the service date must be performed in AC2U App.
- You can change your service date one day before the actual booked date.
- If you change your service date before 48 hours from the actual booked date, there will be no penalty charge.
- If you change your service date within 48 hours from the actual booked date, there will be a RM30 penalty charge.
